FISTULA INQUIRY

Approximately 8 months ago, I started having diarrhea. Long story short, 37 days straight of diarrhea, 3 ER visits (w/ no test for CDIFF), I ended up with a huge abcess, Then on 4th ER visit, emergency surgey, 5 days in the hospital, then healing, and then infection/fitsula formed (seton) more infection,CDIFF again, lay opened fistula, then another fistula(seton). Colonoscapy performed during 3rd surgery. I am still with the 2nd seton and awaiting 5th surgery to lay the fistula open. I am having the most extreme pain in the rectum area. The DR'S have confirmed no CHRONS, blood tests , stool tests, ct scans all show up ok. Supposedly a fissure after the 3rd surgery, botox on the 4th surgery. Can anyone give insight as to the continuing rectum pain? I am sure I have missed typing in all the information. If anyone can help and you have more questions, PLEASE! Let me know. I am just trying to figure out this pain. Thank you for any help you can offer.
