has anyone ever had a hole I. Their ear? I have a stape and the dr says it comes loose and he feels that’s why my right ear has a pulsing noise. It closed on its own but reoccurred again. It makes the tinnitus worse and if I yAwn , burp, or even swallow at tines it makes me dizzy for a few seconds.
