Yepp, quiet often. I get a feeling like insect-crawly feeling. I have read that it is due to plummeting estrogen. It was quite scary in the beginning for me, but now I know it is "normal".

I'm right with you Nina i find it difficult to describe the sensations as well. Sometimes it feels like someone is tighten a rope around the back of my knee. I also get the feeling to rub them with something rough. Generally if I go out for a walk the feeling eases but when I come in it goes mad. You don't sound silly as it's difficult to describe and your English is perfect. Can I ask where your from? I'm from away up in the North of Scotland. Take care and chat soon.x

Thank you! ❤ I am from (Country)Georgia , but I live in NYC.

Yes, those weird symptoms make me think every day how complex our body is and we never pay attention to it that much, it is all so weird, so many sensations, imagine what is going on in body itself when we feel those symptoms from surface... Amazing what we are made of ... hm...

Omg yes! They can feel like little bubbles - not just in my legs though. It is really worrying me that it is something more serious.

    Any reassurances appreciated 😃
