Flabelos (vibration plate)

I am considering hiring (or possibly buying) a vibration plate I'm just wondering if anyone has ever used one and whether it helps they almost seem too good to be true to be fair don't want to waste money on something that has no benefits. I'd rather hire or buy a cross trainer as I have just bought a treadmill but I can see myself getting fed up with walking/jogging all the time

I use one occasionally at the gym but im not keen on it. You defo need good technique for it to be effective.

It will help tone but doesnt really burn fat, you need to raise your heart rate to burn fat.
