Flare up of mono

Hello just wondered if anyone has had a mono flare up that has started with a very extremely sore throat and chesty cough and then two weeks later the mono symptoms such as brain fog, pressure headaches, anxiety and very tired.

when i had mono initially last may it started with a sore throat that was mild went away and then a week later the brain fog came and i felt constantly hungover. i am just curious if this has happened to anyone else? also very scared im going to have it bad like last time!
