How long have some of your flare ups lasted? This one has been a full week now with huge inflamation and lesions on one side, been using emuaid and a fatty oitnment at night but its not seeming to help and is just so inflamed! Hard to walk and a mission to pee, shower hurts also.

I eat clean anyway , nothing processed and avoid dairy as my digestive system does not cope too well with it ...and small amounts of wheat .
im currently experiencing the really itchy ..like thrush , symptoms ..not had it for a while so wondering what I have done !
