I am similar to you and I do not touch my diet. Just normal food from all the main food groups. I am allergic to crabs and prawns so never eat them anyway. Apart from that, which is no loss, I enjoy dairy, wheat, fruit and vegetables, meat, etc. I take vitamins and minerals including vitamin D, vitamin K2, magnesium, calcium, fish oil, etc.

I have diabetes, Crohns, osteoporosis, arthritis, so consider I have enough to put up without removing necessary components of my diet that I tolerate very well anyway!

Vitamin K2 is being touted as the new osteoporosis helper as it directs the calcium onto the bones.

I do a lot of research and listen to my expert specialists at Mercy hospital for women in Melbourne and they have stated no credible studies support anything but the importance of ointments such as Advantan fatty ointment and Dermeze sensitive as a moisturiser as needed.

I am on top of of my LS so quite content to follow this line of thinking and application.

I seem to have a lot of food sensitivities, but I know that's true of other people here. So - meat, poultry, fish, lots of veggies - much of it raw, rice cakes, a little bit of fruit, seeds, nuts. Stevia instead of sugar. Sounds awful but I can pull together some nice meals and desserts within those limitations. No bread or pasta, although I have a healthy bread recipe that I got from a friend.
