    Hi Amanda,

I haven't found anything yet that gets rid of the white color and gives us back the pink color we're use to seeing! My Dermatologist suggested following an Anti-Inflammatory Diet. You can Google it and see the lists of foods to avoid. Unfortunately, the lists I reviewed, said to avoid alcohol and caffeine. Our bodies are different so maybe you'll be able to enjoy alcohol. I'm eliminating it for now so I can determine if it's an issue for me. Hang in there!

Hey Amanda, Like Patti said, try the anti-inflammatory diet. Maybe give up wheat for a couple of weeks and see, or sugar, a big no no. If it shows up after your period, that's when the hormone levels change. Have you seen a doctor? Alcohol does trigger the pain for some but not all of us. You have to see what sets yours off. Try a couple of cookies or some cake to see if sugar affects it. Of course stress is a biggie too. Are you using coconut or olive oil?Biscuit
