Flat brown circles on skin next to public area/inner thigh

I've had these brown circles develop just near the pubic area/inner thigh for as long as i can remember. it started off as a very tiny brown circle and over time has grew larger & now there is more than one. They dont feel any different to the rest of my skin there is no texture and no pain it feels completely normal. I put it down to hyperpigmentation but im starting to overthink that it may be something more now that i should get checked out as they have grew a fair size. Does any one have an idea what these may be and if its a cause for concern?image

    They look like Cafe au lait spots, which are usually totally harmless. If you should notice them increasing rapidly you may like to show your doctor , just to be sure there is not any underlying condition. Dont worry, its not cancerous.
