For last couple of months I have been noticing these non itchy cluster of lesions on penis shaft. I had intercourse in may 2021. I am not sure what are these. they are not fordyce spots or ppp i m pretty sure. Please help me to understand what are these. Plus I am not sure if these are signs of genital herpes.

Even if you don't believe it, that is almost certainly fordyce spots

I still think it's just fordyce spots, but if you think its something else then ask a doctor

they are flat. Are you sure. aren't fordyce spots cluster smaller than these.
