Flat, red rash on torso

Rash is flat, red, no bumps, blisters, or scaling, etc. Minor itching. Started at waistband area, has spread to sides, underarms, back, and groin/inner thigh. Going on for several months now.

Possibles:

Had a virus several months ago with fever for several days, assumed to be covid-19.

Stopped Eliquis several months ago after ~5 years on advice of Dr.

Areas affected seem to be subject to pressure or abrasion.

Not getting much from dermatologist or PCP.
