Flat Red spots on legs

There are several red flat dots all over my legs. i noticed them in august of this year and have been to the doctor several times since then. The doctors ran my blood for several things, everything came back negative or at normal levels besides my monos, which were only slightly high. The doctors have labeled this as pettichae, then leukocytosis vasculitis. The rash like dots are not itchy, but have been increasing. The spots are mainly located on my feet, lower legs, upper legs and some on my buttocks. if anyone has had a similar rash or may no the causes please reach out.
