Flat white bumps on penis
Posted , 6 users are following.
I have had 2 flat painless things on the shaft of my penis since august. I went to the doctor before and they did not have much to say about it and gave me a std test which I did not test positive for anything. Ive been really scared and depressed about it these past few months and just want to see if anybody has any idea if this is genital warts. i got my hpv vaccine when i was younger and have had sex a couple times. im just concerned because whenever i look up genital wart pictures none of them look like what i have. somebody please help.

Can you back out a little on your pictures? I'm having a hard time seeing where it is on your shaft. Are you sexually active? Do you regularly masturbate, if so, is it a point of friction with your hand or any sex toys you might have? Do you use lubricants, any new lubricants since this appeared?

I still believe them to be noninfective but I would keep an eye on them for growth and continue to wear condoms during intercourse. Despite the appearance of a slightly different cell morphology, they don't look like HPV to me unless very early and flat, they don't look like HSV, and they don't quite fit the build of lichen planus or penile cancer and they could be as simple as contact dermatitis or how you handle your penis when you masturbate. I would continue to monitor. If they change shape, color, size, or become symptomatic, you can shoot me a message and pictures of changes. If you still have concerns, see your primary healthcare provider for their evaluation and testing.

Hola, me parece que se trata de lesiones por VPH, podrias intentar hacer la prueba del vinagre y ver si la lesion cambia de color
