can anyone help and tell me how I should apply the gel to my elbow
I am aware of using the product twice a day. How much should I apply, would it be best to apply completely round the elbow

It is only a different joint, instead of the knee - the instructions are very clear on the pack: a small amount and rub it in with your fingers. You do know it is for osteoarthritis more than RA?
