Flickering of white bluish Milky light

i did barrage laser on my both eyes. after did the barrage laser one hr later i seen a white round light when i look down on my chin area. and this is exactly same for 2 eyes almost the same size of one rupee coin.next it ok and back to normal.. but after 3 days one round small light is always blinking in my center vision size of a grapes seed.. but it's negligible because because it is not sharp it is just like a shadow of higher intensity light that creating usually in our eyes. then i visit hospital and the doctor checked and there is no problem with laser surgery. but now o seeing a flickering of light when i look my chin in downward direction. exactly the same area of light seen after one hr of surgery. when i am closing my eyes and lying in bed going for sleep the same phenomenon is happening. but the light slowly gone. but it is not coming when i close my eyes and sit in chair . it only happens looking downward and sleeping time'. . is it normal or is it due to light hitting the laser surgery area. because barrage laser done in my upper area.
