Flickering vision help :(

Started 2 months ago , started to get tight eyes and all got to the doctors 2 times and they checked and said my eyes are fine , now after sometimes iI am seeing tgese flickers whenever iI try to look at some low light area the flicker only happens when iI look at the area rapidly or blink , sometimes flicker happens on computer screen or mobile screens as well , it's like a bulb flicker or something , iI do have puffy eyes . Recently iI got my 3 month diabetes check and it falls in catagory of fairly controlled although iI always feel like my eyes are imflammed or something I have used tears and drops but nothing helped I don't get any floaters or anything else , iI use to get these flickers when iI wake up but those flickers went away this eye moving flicker is there and it's annoying , I am so scared , what it could be . . Scared of going to the eye doctor again as well 😦
