Hi Sheey, I have the same feelings daily, it's bloody awful isn't it. A day never goes by when I actually feel feel well. If I don't have a terrible headache then it's bad joint pain , and everyday my mood is so low, and I'm always exhausted. I have to really make the effort to get myself into work, I feel like I've aged 20 years in the past 3 yrs ! I've started taking Menopace, and there has been a slight improvement but I can't remember what it's like to feel normal. I hope that one day all these horrid symptoms have gone and I'm pain free and happy 🌺

I feel your pain hun. Anyone suffer from feeling like your breathing heavy. Like not getting enough air. Really weird. I've become obsessed with checking my breathing it's awful. I've had so many blood tests chest checked all clear. Even recently had my iron levels checked again but they were fine. It's just giving me anxiety. I can only imagine it feels like asthma but I don't have that. Don't drink or smoke. I'm also really boated and have acid reflux. Any suggestions x

Thank you Maria. I was at the docs again last week with this breathing thing. She listened to my chest and back. No wheezing all clear. Blood pressure and pulse normal. But it don't feel normal. I am burping loads so I'm wondering if it's connected to the acid reflux but the lansaprazole makes me nausea. I actually notice it more when im resting. I can't keep going back to the doctors but I always keep thinking they are missing something x

      Hi

The burping is definitely acid reflux. I had that continuous for 3 months seems to have eased a bit. I take Lansaparole every day. Also I've got this heavy breathing but I've found the more you think about it the worse it is. Very hard not to though xxx

Same here burping like a guy who has had a barrel full of beer. Multiple times an hour!

I'm taking protonix for acid reflux. It's helped the nausea I used to wake up with in the morning. Still making myself try to vomit when I'm brushed my teeth but nothing comes up. Is that dry heaving? Before had lots of acid.

Oh my! Same exact thing I'm experiencing here!! It's so awful! I feel like I can't breathe and always trying to catch my breath! I breathe In and out slowly like I learned in yoga . Yoga has really helped me with the anxiety. I stopped and need to go back! This whole Perimenopause is awful! Everyday is something new! 😞 Seems like we're all experiencing pretty much the same issues here! Praying Lord to get me thru this!

Omg me too. This week has been the worst. Constantly taking deep breaths in like I can't breath. I've also got Gerd so not sure if acid is affecting my breathing.

Had so many checks by docs they find nothing.

I just feel like I can't breath sad
