Wondering if anyone has tried cryotherapy or float therapy and what your experience with it was? Was it worth it?

Not sure what the float therapy can do for RA, but I did see something on TV the other week about cryotherapy. Can't be too bad though, a lot of professional footy players use it for speeding up injury treatment now.

I think the idea behind the float therapy is that it's suppose to bring you to a complete relaxation and also with the epsolm salts? Not really sure. And that's what I was thinking with cryotherapy but it just sounds painful. Somewhat nervous to try it but it is actually not all that expensive for the cryotherapy
