so this only happens when i close my eyes and the sun is shining down on me ...as i was moving moving my head , notice like a black floater/fruit fly spot in my left eye
indoors i dont notice this....what could it be???

hi... it's just floaters... do not worry too much about it... if you don't see them during other times be glad... don't go hunting for it.... believe me... it will only get worse if you try to look for it and get stressed out...

its the floaters...because of the brightness from the sun you can see them even with your eyes closed
