Hi Carol, sorry to know your about fatigue, your 2 MG of steroid (?!) and Flonase.Sorry to know about the way you are feeling more likely because you treatment not exactly the one you need.

I don't know how you usually do, I would try to see another doc.

Our body gives signs to show us when it's time to get a differen approach.

    Take care.

Carol, diazepam is a terrible drug and no longer used for sleep in current medical practice. It can stay in the body for 3 days and persons on it for a long time time need to be tapered to avoid seizures. No wonder you feel terrible. It can also cause physical and psychological dependence.

if you are trying to get off it then please get medical supervision for this.

This may not apply to your situation, but there was very recently a topic called" Prednisolone, antibiotics and probiotics" and in it Eileen posted some information saying that if you are on steroids and Flonase you should not take probiotics.  I just wanted to bring this to your attention in case you are also taking probiotics as you might want to discontinue them.

If this has just started since using the flonase then you need to speak to your doctor. However, it may be a reflection of an underlying infection that isn't being addressed by merely dealing with the fluid - and that still means asking the doctor. There are no recorded interactions I can find for any of the things you have mentioned. Flonase is just a topical steroid to get the steroid where it is needed, reducing the swelling in the eustachian tubes between the ear and the nose so the fluid can drain.
