Floradix/Floravital???

I posted a similar question a few days ago so I apologize. Has anyone here used Floradix or Floravital liquid iron supplement? Has it made anyone feel a little jittery after using it? I took my first dose this morning and noticed I felt a bit jittery all day afterwards. Also, it seems like such a low dose, can anyone estimate how long it may take to start working? Any other experiences or reviews would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Yes I took floradix thinking it was the safest and it was recommended but it made me too jittery and made my anxiety and heart racing worse. So I switched to an iron biglycinate instead which is supposed to be the best abosrbed supplement. I always took it with oj. In the beginning I also ate alottt of red meat. Steaks almost everyday and even liver when I could. I would also eat it with a glass of oj to help absorption. I felt really really ill for a while and this seemed to help the best. I suggest you stop the floradix and try something else. Good luck!

I'm not quit sure what would cause the jittery sensation as this product is strictly from fruits and vegetables. If you have sensitivities to these natural fruits and vegetables, jitteriness wouldn't  be a likely reaction. Your numbers will not climb rapidly but you will not suffer the unfavourable side effects of other forms.

I have taken it off and on for years and have had zero side effects.
