I have had a problem with my left ear for about 4 years. I have been back and too to specialists and have been diagnosed with possible eustachian tube dysfunction. No one ever seems sure though. I have pushed and pushed and finally had the grommet I wanted fitted. The specialist saw liquid come out upon insertion and straight away said 'you MUST feel that immediate release'. I didn't. I still don't. Is there an operation to get this bubble out of my ear?? I can try and put up with everything else but I cannot handle this constant pressure in my ear
