    Hi Emma,

Keep going! you will get there!

I started in November 2019, lasted 8 weeks and I couldn't cope with the side effects! i suddenly turned a corner, no anxiety and felt so much better!

I have bad health anxiety so with the nausea and heart racing and not feeling good it's making me feel worse cuz I think the worst.

Exactly how I was, give it the six weeks! My side effects went over night and you can start feeling 100 % better. I was gonna to give up but so glad I didn't.

Its the worse feeling but if you can get through this stage trust me you will come out of this!

I might have to retry it in the summer. I am a teacher and I can't work like this 😦
