Every oill comes with side effects. They can write up the same fear with foods too. They have to write all that so they dont get sued. Yes there are side effects. But until you take it how do you know if that would occur. What if it worked? What if it brought you to a calmer place?  Pills do work in half the people with anxiety. Cbt work with half the people with anxiety. Pills arent mandatory here, it is a choice. If you can not properly function or calm yourself down then medication is used to break that cycle. I think the internet is causing horrible problems for anyone with health anxiety. I remember the days you went to the doctor and they gave you medicine and you had no clue except to ask the oharmacist. Maybe thats why health anxiety has gotten so much worse. They have different meds with less side effects so you. Know but you need to be able to discuss this with your doctor.

Ask yourself if you like tormenting yourself?  No one can make you take something you don't want to do?  I guess that leaves you up to your own feeling good?  Also quit shooting yourself in the foot by looking up side effects as well.  Companies have to put any and all side effects in information pamphlets etc to warn people of possible side effects, to avoid law suits, and liability.  Because someone takes a certain medication, does not 100% guarantee they will suffer from that side effect.  Some will.  But I am on Lexapro, and am willing to deal with minimal side effects, than suffer debilitating panic attacks! 

I have done the same thing with medications i look up all the side effects, and then i have anxieties about taking the medication 

I stopped doing this because what you read on the internet does not mean you will get this side effect. What would you rather have the anxieties and panic attacks or the side effects that you may not have at all. 

I broke down and went baxk on Zoloft, Trazodone, and Lamotrigine with my Lorazepam because i was getting tired of the way i was feeling now i feel calmer not arguing much and anxieties have been down but there are some side effects to the medications and i just have to learn how to handle them 

The internet is not good with looking things up about medication when you are prone to anxieties and panic attacks 

Food can cause side effects not just medication think of that

If heated item will change consistency, be aware thentaste will be altered causing a vharcol coating which can iduce a new set of allergies to the person consuming it. When cooked olease avoid potential sharp edges of the bread as they might cut your soft inner cheek. Anything you choose to olace on the bread before consumption can cause a host of allergic reactiins as well as sugar level changes. If eaten with a dry mouth this item will become a choking hazrd and can cause death.....I hope you get my point here. Everything has potential side effects.
