I've been taking Fluoxetine 20mg for 5 days now and I'm suffering with bad stomach pains, diarrhea in the morning and nausea all day with low appetite.
Has anyone else had these symptoms on this medication? (please say yes)

Yessir. I also started with 20mg and you do feel quite odd for the first 20-30 days, but it does get better. For the nausea, try getting some ondansetron. It's a disolvable pill that works almost instantly for nausea. If your anxiety gets worse at first, try taking cold baths/showers when you feel your anxiety creeping up. They suck, but they definitely help. If all else fails, ask your doctor for a one time prescription for Xanax. DON'T become reliant on these. They can be very addictive and withdrawals can be deadly. My doctor gave me 15 total and I've only used 5 over the course of 5-6 months. Just know that you're not alone.
