I have been on it for just over a week and nothing seems to have happened .would love to know what's caused this major flare up ,I have never been this bad.

You need to give it about three weeks to see if it will work for you, and everything has side effects so you may not be able to deal with those. All these things are try and see what suits you. I took amitriptyline for about a year which def helped with pain but made me so dopey. I stopped it a couple of months ago but pain is worse again now. May have to go back on it. xxx

I take Pregabalin, and Fluoxetine every day, and Co-codamol and Tramadol when pain is really bad. I have arthritis too in my knees and spine from top to bottom. I can't take anti-inflammatory meds like Ibuprofen or Naproxen. xx
