Fluoxetine increase .. how long it will take to work .?

Hi

have increased Fluoxetine from 20mg to 40mg.

Any idea how long it will take for increase to work or start to feel positive changes?

    I too looking for some positive feedback unfortunately a lot of people get better and dont post when people are looking some comfort wondering how you have gotten on with your increase im on day 12 upped to 40mg feel
