Fluoxetine side effects..

I've been taking these for a while now and since I started taking them I have had the following side-effects:
-headaches
-nausea
-tiredness
-weakness
-feeling dizzy
-feeling jittery
-loss of appetite
-tremors
-feeling hot
-mood changes
-swallowing difficulties
I've looked on the NHS website and some of these are common side effects and some aren't so common, but sometimes they have gotten so bad that I am having to stop my daily life just to get back up or to just re-charge and with having to be at work I am struggling with it and I don't know how I will manage when I go back to college and placement Monday.
Do you think I need to contact the doctors ASAP or do I need to try and give them more time to work?

Most of them side affects you listed are normal for the first 2 weeks of taking Fluoxetine but I dont know about the swallowing difficulties and feeling hot, im not a doc but they sound like you could be allergic. If your worried check with your doctor.

I have taken atleast 28 different pills for PTSD, GAD, Depression and agoraphobia. All comes from an abusive childhood. And some from menopause. Not a good thing to go thru in my family. Women do suffer terribly. I am either allergic to anti-depressants, they give me heart problems or worse anxiety. I am on Ativan. The part of not beiong able to breath is the worst. Anyone else go thru any of this. I could use some words of encouragement! Thank you!!

You should go back to your doctor and explain the side affects you are suffering and ask to change them.
I did just that and am now on sertraline which so far have I have found to be very good with no side affects.

I went back to the doctor and he said it was normal, they lasted ages, so I took my self of of them, they went away pretty quickly after that! So at current I'm not using anything for my depression or SH, as they said I couldn't get any help unless I was on the tablets!
Thanks for your time to reply guys
