Fluttering feeling

Does anyone else get like a fluttering feeling in their chest/neck when their heart beats is that normal cause I've been getting that a lot lately

    Yeah I normally get a something in my throat feeling at the same time

    It might sound strange but when I'm anxious, I get it in my lower abdomen so I think it's normal for people who suffer anxiety.

    Flutters can occur in any muscle  in the body. Be sure to be hydrated and drink lots of water. You need to learn how to properly breathe with your belly and relax your body. Breathing techniques will help you a lot. mindfullness breathing techniques. All online to learn. Anxiety related.

    yes,i suffer with it..I feel the fluttering in my chest and the feeling immediately afterwards is like there is a pocket of air being sent back up to my throat,almost like a fizzy,soluble tablet has released its fizz at the top of my chest...sounds wierd,but thats the only way i find to describe it.
