Flying Anxiety HELP!

Hey there,
I'm literally freaking out. I'm at the airport. I hate flying. It's a 12 hr 30 min flight. I'm returning home after a over a year. I'm excited to see my family. But I'm incredibly upset as I said goodbye to my boyfriend as I left for the airport.
We are not breaking up. But I might be returning home for about 6 months. I have huge amounts of fear when it comes to lack of reassurance. Not from me, he assures me all the time that we will be okay. It's just my fear in my head.
I will be returning in the near future I hope.
But as it stands I'm at the airport. I have a while before I fly. I feel like I'm going to throw up. I feel so panicky. I feel dizzy. I'm hungry but I really don't think I'm going to be able to stomach food.
I'm getting so irritated at myself because anxiety effects me this way. I'm just really sick and tired of anxiety stopping me from doing things.
Does anyone have any advice?

Sip lots of water. Can you take something on the plane that will allow you to sleep? If you don't think you can eat, try to bring snacks on the plane with you. Snacking is better for your tummy than a big meal. You'll be home soon - try not to worry.

If it's a 12 hour flight I'd imagine there's some sort of movie option, just relax and enjoy the movie. Sip some water that helps. I went to Vegas in July and I was getting sketched out at the airport bf the flight, I had a couple of beers and food and I got on the plane and I was fine. When your on the plane there not going 2 turn the plane back around for you or make a pit stop at a different airport for you. Just think you will be in the company of loved ones in know time!!!
