Flying tips

I'm flying back home in a couple of days. I've got a 14 and a half hour flight then a 7 hour one. I was just wondering if anyone has any tips ?? I'm on blood thinners now. Is there still any risks or can I be quite relaxed ?

    Hi James

That is a long flight! I would just check with your doctor as to any precautions that you may need to take and have they ok'd you for flying? especially that distance.

If all ok, make sure you stay hydrated, get up and walk around often and you may need to wear the surgical stockings.

I would certainly check your your doctor though.

    Hope this helps
