While you may be in pain, it is completely acceptable to fly with Costo.

I will, however, suggest that you be wary of the airplane seats. I travel for work and often have pain after exiting an airplane because of the way I slept of because of poor posture. Try your hardest to be comfortable and keep decent posture.

As far as relieving pain, try a heating pad before bed. This addition has helped me a bit. Seems to calm everything down before I go to bed.

    Good luck!

We discovered Arnica gel..all natural..you can buy at Walgreens, or Vitamin shoppe. It works naturally on inflammation. Soft ice packs or moist heat help as well. Advil helps inflammation. Reducing sugar helps so much. Because inflammation feeds off of sugar. Thank God, its not a life threatening condition. You should ask you dr if flying is ok, but I would think its ok. Hope this helps. Good luck to you
