Fnd symptoms

Hello I've been diagnosed with fnd 2 years ago but I ve found its got worse with new symptoms like severe pins and needles especially at night and sometimes really bad and fingers go numb. Then in the day will have tingling all day in legs and arms with weakness and also in the face and my body feels really cold. Its feels like my blood isn't circulation properly does anyone else have symptoms like this. As I don't know if it's something else like circulation problems.
