Folliculitis? HFM? HSV?

i have recently started hormonal birth control again. i have had a massive increase in discharge and i have come out yesterday with these pimple-like things in the area where my underwear sits/rubs and the most moist part of my genitals.

it feels like friction/moisture/hair growth irritation but i have maybe 8 in that area.

it is painful only to touch, it is not clustered at all, just in the spots where the hair growth has commenced again. is on both sides. i have random yet similar spots on my legs that are the same as my usual post-shaving growth however they are not irritated.

i have also had a mild virus at the same time, last time i had something similar it was hand foot and mouth.
