Folliculitis lumps on neck and dizziness

I contracted HPV about 3 years ago, tested for all other std's and none present bar type 1 herpes - which is quite common.
Soon after, about 3-2 years ago i developed a skin rash on my back, the spots were very red and pronounced and quite uniform - chicken pox like. By the time i went to the doctors it had gone, but i had a few red lumps pop up in other areas.. they diagnosed folliculitis... treatment has been unsuccessful.
Since then the spots slowly spread to different areas, and eventualy got to how they are now, all over my body.. less pronounced, more like a general yeasty very subtle skin infection.. skalp, buttocks, neck, back, all over... skin is in very poor condition now all over... subtle bumpy skin.
I started getting the bouts of dizziness then (about 1 to 2 years ago.
About one year ago i had my first lump on my neck, (lymph nodes)
intermittent dizziness, lymph nodes, fatigue, general unwellness, rash, intermittent shortness of breath, bad deep pourus blotchy dryish skin on forehead, headaches, dehydrated feeling have remained ever since. Doctors suggest anxiety... I've lost days at work due to dizziness and feeling like my bodies getting very ill the the next day im totally fine.. havent had actual cold or flu symptoms in ages... just the same feeling on repeat... please help, nobody knows the answer, i fear lymphoma but doctors seem like i'm fine.... I'm not in good health, this is all i know... my body doesnt seem to be getting rid of whatever infection it is trying to fight?

Joe, I am sympathetic to your situation. I have almost all your symptoms and my hair is falling out at a rather alarming rate. I, too have HPV and perhaps have herpes, (I was raped) but am not sure as I took an anti-viral after the rape and have not noticed any outbreaks in 3 years. But, the skin thing is just like you have. Also, I have the same general malaise and flu like symptoms. I took several long treatments of (oral antifungal drugs) because I have had two confirmed cases of esophageal candidiasis...Stress has been a major part of my life since the rape, but, it is not the cause. It may not help, but it is definitely not the primary factor in this illness. I was told I have an autoimmune disease but was unable to follow up since I left the US in March, 2018. Am better in Europe, but, still having the skin and hair problems.I am sorry I cannot give you more than just empathy. I don't know if this is a sexually transmitted thing, fungal related (not much is known about systemic fungal infections in highly developed societies), or autoimmune. but, it has been suggested I go to a specialist in diagnosing and treating complex disease processes. Do not depend on a dermatologist, they are not well trained. I had to point out one of my red spots on my abdomen to a dermatologist who had just completed a full body visual scan. It was the one basal cell cancer I had. She removed it in a small in office surgery, but, I was not happy that I had to point the spot out to her. Please email me directly if you have success in a complete accurate diagnosis. (I am a retired registered nurse, but that does not make me any wiser when it comes to this).
