I've been a little unwell recently with a sore throat! Didn't think anything of it and then when i went to the bathroom noticed what looks like ingrown hairs..... no puss? no pain? they are extremely dry looking. Almost like it could be folliculitis? But the hypochondriac in me is scared!!
