Folliculitis w/ contact derm or OB?

What’s your opinion? This started about 10 days ago with an infected hair. Like all men, I chose to try and pop it, only make it worse. Never paid anymore attention to it and basically forgot about it altogether. This was on a Monday. Fast forward to Saturday, while taking a shower all the damage skin I’m assuming from messing with the infected hair, washed off. Was left with the three bigger ulcer wounds you see. They immediately scabbed over and began to heel. No oozing or crusting at all.

I started to research on folliculitis and found that Tea Tree oil can possibly kill bacteria and aids in heeling. So I used it for about a day and half then started to notice a slight itch and tiny bumps coming on where the oil was contacting the skin. The next day I had this second rash that slightly itches

There was never any pain at all with any of it. Absolutely no other herpes symptoms except slight congestion, but it is the season. Also, have never had unprotected sex outside my partner in years. I mean like 23yrs.image

That does not look like folliculitis. The bumps that have not ulcerated are in a cluster on a red base. NAD, but it looks like herpes. Getting it swabbed will be best, since there are still bumps.
