Following on from my comments on 20/10 I've just seen consultant for follow up after MUA and been discharged. Apart from physio (every 3 weeks) I still have to do exercises a few times a day and keep on Naproxen and painkillers for pain to make sure it doesnt freeze again from either not exercising enough or from doing too much (have to find a happy medium as l don't want to have to have another MUA). Told it might take up to a year to be better, however op was worth it as I've got quite a bit more movement now. My surgeon was very good. Good luck to all those suffering with FS and hope you get some relief eventually.
