Well, I've come across a new symptom. Not new exactly, just worsening. In the last 6 months or so, there does not seem to be a fruit that I can tolerate. No matter what I try, I end up nauseated and close to throwing up. Anyone else lose an entire food group before? And if so, did you get it back over time? Thanks all!

Recently green cabage. But has been very specific red watermelon. Walnuts. Prawns. Cheese Coscus things like that. Even craving red wine which gives me chronic migraines.
I seem to have lost interest in pasta and chocolate
But nothing makes me feel sick.

Since cutting them out of my diet I can now eat most things, as long as they are homemade or carefully selected shop bought. I wouldn't say I am 100% recovered but probably 95% in that respect, atlhough that is more because of the fatigue, as I still let the diet slip when I am too tired to prepare anything and have run out of freezer back-ups, I will still occasionally head for the takeout, but at least I now know why it happens so can recover quickly these days.
Is frutcose allergy testing a thing? if so could you be tested? as with me sometimes i could eat something and be ok but then most of the time I couldn't and it could be quite confusing with what was going on but with you it sounds very definitely just fruit?

Hi Andrew, I know my experience won't necessarily be the case for others but thought I would mention, as I have had migraines regularly since I was a child and though I like red wine it didn't like me for a very long time. Another thing I have found since cutting out these oils is that my migraines have reduced not only in number but severity too and I can tolerate red wine again Now, I feel I must add that I am 39 so there is a chance I am heading towards menopause and perhaps chemical changes are having an effect on my migraines (as I know this was the case for my gran) but I currently have no menopause symptoms and no real reason to think this is the case and is a big coincidence that the same month I removed these oils from my diet I noticed the difference in my migraines (possibly an Omega misbalance, i'm no expert but is the only thing I can think of)

Actually its a valid point. Men also go through a type of Man-O-Pause as we get older we start to produce less testostarone, but generally speaking doesnt hit us until later in life.
I had cancer last year and im believing that its my body chemistry which is to blame for all this. but not hormonal, they checked that and apprently im normal lol.
Managed to get another appointment today

ahh ok, so perhaps some of my comments have been less than helpful if you have recently had cancer, glad to hear you are talking about it in the past tense, I truly hope it stays that way for you
oh to be normal, lol ask them to check their medical encyclopedias while you are there, i'm not sure there's a test for that!

I ended treatment last September with positive results. Since then I've always had fatigue and brain fog problems until recently were Ok to deal with all changed towards the end of October. I've wrote about it in another blog.
