Food allergy/sensitivity testing

hi all,

a friend of mine asked if I'd had any tests done to see if I have any food sensitivities that might be causing my reflux. I'd never thought of it before. has anyone on here had it done and did it show up anything that helped?

    Hello there.

    I've been fight this for a year for I've had lost so much weight not knitting what to eat. I found that you do get have food sentativies when you fat get gerd dairy was a big problem of me. check with your GI or pcp,

      thanks for the reply. I found a good deal for a place that has really good reviews so I might do it. worst case i lose a bit of money but to be honest I'm desperate! xx
