    Hi Lisa,

How long have you been taking them? on a daily basis i would eat as below

Breakfast - milkshake or smoothie or yogurt and some fruit water and pill

Dinner - salad with either tuna, salmon or turkey but be careful with the salmon make sure it isnt over the allowed amount of fat. water and pill

Tea - last night i had quorn burger with jacket pot and salad toight i am having chicken stir fry. water and pil

and plenty of water through out the day and i have about 4 cups of coffee a day with skimmed milk.

There is loads of food you can eat you will be amazed.
