Im still awaiting diagnosis, but my fear of food now means I eat around 5 diffents foods. I avoid anything that I know causes me pain or trips to the loo and anything I have previously vomited back. I can eat 2 ham sandwichs per day every day with no ill effects, but know that I cant go on like this! Ive looked at the FODMAP diet and a lot of things on there send me running to the loo 2hrs later, so feel pretty stuck I simply cannot work 40hrs a week and spend 35 of those in the loo, I would get sacked so its easier not to eat. Luckily I have no appetite most of the time. Has anyone else ended up like this?
