Food poisoned what to do next ?

I recently had food posisong - 26 April 2017 . I consulted a doctor and my medicene course is now completed . Still I am suffering from stomach cramps near my lower left and right abdomen . Sometimes I also feel constipated . I am confused and what can I do next for speedy recovery?

      This was the first time in my life I had such an ugly experience . Anyways thanks alot . I rarely eat outside food . I suspect few people to intentionally mix poision in my food . Where can I take food samples for testing purpose . ?

      I don't know where you can get food tested.  The best thing to do is to report it to the manager of the restaurant you were in.   They themselves should do an investigation to find the source of the poisoning and do a deep clean of their kitchen.  In the UK, you can contact the Food Standards Agency who would visit the premises if you were dissatisfied with the restaurant's response to your complaint.  I don't know what country you are from, the procedures may be different where you are.
