Food stuck in esophagus, I feel so helpless and alone

Hi everyone,
Does anyone here have issues with food such as cake, bread, cracker/biscuits, sticky food and anything that will lump together? Cracker was stuck in my throat one month ago, went to ER, waited for 4 hours before seeing a doctor, eventually it went down. Took a throat x-ray, nothing was there. Did a scope down to my throat through my nose, nothing was stuck too but the ENT doctor cant check my esophagus as she's nor train to do it. Prescribed me PPI, took for a few weeks, not helping.
Recently started eating rice, egg, tofu, blended soup, really soft steam vegetables. All was fine. I'm avoiding chicken though as I'm afraid. That helpless feeling of food stuck in esophagus, nothing can be done but to wait for it to pass.
Yesterday I was brave enough to try a really moist soft cheesecake, I chew it well, swallowed it with no issues but after finishing the cake, it feels like it was stuck in my throat (not choking, just stuck). It happen to cracker too and bread. It makes me wonder why as bread have been a stable food for breakfast in Singapore and I use to have it on a daily basis without any issues as well as cracker.
I have constant burping and pain in my upper left abdomen too. Might be my gastric, recently I've issues with burning sensation in my stomach too. If i have pastry, I will keep burping food up too.
I'm waiting for my endoscopy at the end of this month. I'm so afraid of it hut at the same time I really miss eating bread a lot. It all started when I swallowed a not so well chew cabbage more than a month ago. Here I am thinking is it all in my head or if there is really some medical issues.
Anyone able to share similar experience?

Please see a doctor and have them advise you. If you are having burning and pain on left side sides like a hital hernia. If they find a hernia please do not have a nissen. It ruins life and makes things work. You will never be able to ear head again, burp or throw up. They need to ban the nissen fundoplication for hital hernia. Esophageal Valvuloplasty is the way to go for hernia. Hope an EGD will show If you have a hernia or not. They need to do a full GI check up on you to find the source of the problem. Goodluck.

I suffer with all of the above, I do am waking on a second endoscopy, I have asked to be completely knocked out now because I couldn’t face doing that again!
Burning pain and pressure upper left side, just below the rug cage ? Burping as if it’s up in the left side of your chest below your heart?
Can you lay on your back or right side ? I cannot because air gets trapped and I have to sit up or twist my body to release it..
Acid reflux, I get very dizzy and feels like my ears have cotton on them very spaced out.
I was told 6 years ago I have a hiatus hernia and half cm of Barrett’s oesophagus. Change in what we eat and exercise is the key! I’ve been thinking about having the operation, there are success story’s and also not so successful.
I am very stressed and worried about mine but I try to remember everyone saying that it’s not going to kill you.
