Foods that prevent and stop palpitations?

Hi I was wondering what foods are proven to help with palpitations, I've read things like honey and lemon water and a herb that is similar to mint called motherwort. Thanks.

    Anxiety

If you try herbal medications, tell your GP if you are taking medications for Anxiety, some of these herbals can cause problems when mixed with GP script

Some herbal medications for a cold etc are a good choice, many of these Linctus will have honey and lemon in the mix.

Hey, I'm certainly no expert so sorry for barging in here. That is a very good question. I've not heard of any specific foods that combat thinpalpitations. I think maybe the usual health guidelines apply. A Heathly, nutritious balanced diet and plenty of exercise! I have quite severe anxiety and have lived with the physical symptoms associated with anxiety everyday for many year. Guaranteed at some point during the day of go through a phase of feeling extremely anxious, jittery, shaky and palpations. The only thing apart from medication that helped to reduce those symptoms was exercise. I'm sorry I couldn't help you with your food question. I hope you find the answer! Good luck! Donna xxx
