Hi, for just over a week now I've had terrible pain in the top of my foot and now ankle, it's mainlywhen I walk well try to walk. Theres no swelling and I can't get a gp appointment but also don't want to waste there time.
I've been taking ibuprofen and applying ibuprofen gel. It is also kind of throbbing.
I have bandaged it up and that seems to have helped me a little bit today

Did you have an accident lately? I hope not.
You try to massage your foot with efficascent oil or over the counter pain relieving oils before bed time or as needed. My leg and foot swells after days of surgery and it bothers me a lot. That's what I did.

when your on your bed lying flat on your back, put two big pillows under your bad foot, make sure your heel is off the pillow or you might get sores on your heel. you should do this as often as you can to relive the pain, also try to just rest in general - have you tried soaking your foot in hot/cold water? have you got cold/heat compresses?
