it looks like i have got to have a foot fusion and one of my bones i need fusing it on the side of my right foot which helps your ankle on uneven surfaces. I am scared as i have a 3 year old how will i go on beaches, hills etc if the joints stiff, has anyone had this done?
can you also drive after a fusion?

You'll need a lot of time to heal with a fusion. Actually with anything thing on your feet. Just make sure you have a lot of help and a knee scooter to get you around better. My feet are still stiff but I think it goes with the type of surgery .
Just remember, one day at a time!
