I have had the cluster of lumps towards the top of my foot for around 2 years. but recently the heel of my foot gas become inflamed with them as well. Both can be painful at times such as after walking or placing pressure on them. I'm a bit embarrassed to show anyone so have come here to post anonymous.

Dont be embarrassed! This needs medical attention and first port of call is your Gp who may send you off to a dermatologist.On the other hand the Gp may give you an antibiotic cream of some sort. There is a cream called diprosone which may be available over the counter in Uk.
HOWEVER seek medical advice soon and im sure with the right treatment will be cleared up within a few days.
