Foot pain without redness or swelling

Over the past 2 weeks I have suffered pain in my to on seem to be the tips of my toes its like nerve damage it comes and goes but when I get it its hard to walk, there's no swelling and no redness, has anyone else came across this and is it anything to do with gout

    Both feet? All toes? Any known gout attacks in past?

      this is not a gout attack i've had 3 or 4 really bad gout attacks this is different its like electric shock if you put any pressure on your toes

      okay right foot only 2 middle toes 2 to three full blown  gout attacks but none in the last 5 years, lately i've had a couple of episodes where I thought there was something brewing but they came to nothing just the pain coming and going in my toes but when i look at my feet there nothing to see redness or swelling

    Sorry, not sure how to provide meaningful advice with the level of info available. I asked 3 simple questions and got an answer to one.  Sounds like something to bring up with your PCP.
