    Hi

How long ago is " just". I'm still non weight bearing after five weeks. They've also told me to keep my foot up for as much as possible. For the first two weeks it was down just long enough to go to the bathroom.

The idea is to stop it turning purple which usually indicates swell.

I've just seen three weeks! Think you still might have overdone it.

It was 3 weeks Friday. I had been on a scooter till then but they said I can be weight bearing now.  In a rocker boot. Harder than I had thought. Yes .. last night it was very purple but this morning back to normal. Thanks so much for answering.

Thank you. I guess I just need to slow down. It sounds like a longer practice than I had thought.
